Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Bee Good Initiative! Each order supports our mission to plant wildflowers and protect pollinators.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Many of our items—especially our hand-poured candles—are made in small batches, so we appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of your order. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free local pickup or delivery may be available in the Marshall, MI area—please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please reach out to us at Thebeegoodinitiative@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
